If you previously completed the 2024-2025 application but did not attend,

you must submit the 2025-2026 application to be considered for

 enrollment for the upcoming school year. Students enrolled at Lincoln Prep at the end of the

2024-2025 school year must reserve their enrollment by completing this application.

DO NOT SUBMIT MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS FOR THE SAME STUDENT!

NOTE: The enrollment process for 2025-2026 will be done online. This is a departure from previous years. There will be no paper documents accepted, as the process will be done by a 3rd party vendor. All forms and documents must be uploaded to the registration portal to expedite the process. Please see the application reminders below and be prepared to comply with the new online process.

ON-SITE HELP

If you would like assistance with completing your child's registration, visit the front office on the main campus at the dates/times listed below.

Assistance AvailableMondays - Thursdays - 10:00am - 12:00pm

     -Bring ALL documents required for registration. (Review the checklist that was sent with your approval notice.)

          -Your session cannot start until ALL documents are verified.

          -If your documents are on your device, place them on a jump drive to be used during your session.


(Note: if you have a headshot photo of your child, please provide it.)
