This application cycle is for enrollment between 8/4/2023 and 5/22/2024. Applications for the 2024-2025 school year will open in late March 2024. DO NOT complete this application if you are interested in enrolling for next school year. You must wait until the new enrollment cycle to be announced.

BIRTH-TO-THREE PROGRAM

The Children’s Coalition for Northeast Louisiana anticipates new funding in September 2023 for the Birth to Three program. Families that are currently enrolled at Birth to Three program partner sites will be contacted soon about the redetermination process for the continuation of care for children that meet the age requirements. The Children’s Coalition will notify program partners as more information becomes available. 

In anticipation of these new funds, we would like to build a waitlist of families that are interested in the Birth to Three program. This form is for families that have children birth to three years old who may be eligible for Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP), on the CCAP waitlist, or actively seeking employment Please click this link https://forms.office.com/r/uCwBfHmRJk or the QR code below to sign up, and share with other families that may be interested.
